Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Certification Program
Proctor Training Session
24 April 1999 - Hyannis, Massachusetts
Those interested in becoming a Proctor for the ABPA Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Certification Program,
may do so by complying with the Proctor Requirements established by the ABPA Training Committee.
All new proctors must comply with the following:
- Submit proctor application (see below), and
- Possess a current ABPA Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Certification, and
- SHOULD have successfully completed a minimum of one ABPA tester re-certification, and
- Successfully complete an ABPA proctor training program.
A proctor training session is being conducted just prior to the Annual Conference in Hyannis, Massachusetts on Saturday 24
April 1999, from 8:00 am - noon. The sessions are open to anybody that would like attend, but only those complying
with the requirements above may become an ABPA Proctor. The proctor training session will cover the following
information:
- Review of Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Rules
- Review of Performance Exam Test Forms, Exam format, and Pass/fail criteria
- Mock Performance Examination demonstration
For those wishing to become an ABPA Proctor, you must submit a completed Proctor Application to the Program
Administrator by 17 April 1999. There is no fee for attending a proctor training session. Should you have any
