ABPA: Executive Committee |
The Association has an Executive Committee which consists of a President, Vice President,
Immediate Past President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The President and Vice President are
elected by the membership for a two-year term, with the Vice President ascending to the
presidency after their term as Vice President is completed. The Treasurer and Secretary serve on
the Executive Committee as non-voting members.
All positions are unpaid and operate according to the bylaws of the Association. The Executive Committee has the responsibility to ensure that the policies established by the Board of Directors for the conduct, management, and direction of the business and affairs of the Association are carried out. The members of the Executive Committee also serve on the Board of Directors.
